Alex is an Associate Director based in the Commercial team with 9 years PQE. He primarily advises clients in the media & entertainment and consumer & retail sectors.
Alex advises on a range of media and commercial matters, including on complex channel and content distribution arrangements, the launch and distribution of streaming platforms, e-commerce and social media matters.
Alex also advises on IT agreements, data protection, advertising arrangements, marketing and consumer law and digital regulatory issues, often across multiple jurisdictions.
Alex has spent time on secondment to a global technology company, primarily supporting their video streaming service, and to a major social media platform, supporting their Commercial team.
Alex trained at DWF and joined Osborne Clarke in 2019.
