Alessandra is a lawyer, passionate about her practice in the general commercial and IP field with a focus on the copyright, media and entertainment sector, including various operational and legal aspects of information technology and e-commerce, computer programs, videogames and data bases.
She acts for major brands, both Italian and foreign, advising on IP rights in the Tech, Media and Comms, Retail and Consumers sectors.
Alessandra has accrued experience in copyright with niche expertise in the areas of audio-visual works, publishing and music law, with focus on digitalization.
She joined Osborne Clarke in 2015 and brought to the firm her experience working in other firms as well as in-house where she dealt mostly with issues of software licensing and assisting in the negotiation and drafting of assignments of rights and licences and rights management.
