Alejandra joined Osborne Clarke in 2015, and her main area of work is in Banking and Finance. She graduated in Law from the University of Deusto in 2013. She also obtained a Masters in International Law (LLM) from the Higher Institute of Law and Economics in 2015.
Her practice is focused on financing transactions, both syndicated and bilateral, including cross-border transactions, corporate lending, acquisition and leveraged finance, project finance (energy and renewables sector), real estate finance and debt restructuring.
Alejandra has advised national and international banks and investment funds as well as sponsors and borrowers.
