Albert advises listed companies on corporate governance and other corporate law matters. He also regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions as well as on capital markets related matters. His experience includes working for financial institutions and companies in financing transactions, particularly in the real estate sector.
Albert holds a law degree from Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona. Subsequently, he studied the Double Master's in Legal Practice and International Business Law (LLM) at ESADE Business & Law School, Barcelona. Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2021, Albert worked as legal counsel to a private financing group.
Albert is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
