Aisling Farley

Aisling is an Associate in our Commercial team. She advises on a range of commercial issues and is based in London.

Her work involves a range of commercial law matters, including technology transactions, data protection and general commercial contractual work.  

Aisling joined Osborne Clarke in 2021 as a trainee solicitor and qualified into our Commercial team in September 2023.

As part of her training, she spent six months on secondment at a FTSE 250 company that specialises in analytics, events and ecommerce. She assisted their in-house team with risk and compliance matters, commercial contract negotiations and corporate support.

Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

I volunteer as a mentor through the OC REACH Talent Programme, which involves partnering with university students from an ethnic minority background to develop a successful legal career.

I'm also a member of Osborne Clarke's multi faith group, helping to promote diversity and inclusion across the firm.
