Adeoba Kulepa

Adeoba is a site set up lawyer in our Residential Development team. He advises on the disposal of plots and preparing the site for the eventual disposal of plots to individual purchasers.

His work for clients includes infrastructure matters and he also advises on issues that may arise in relation to the site management, as well as eventual close down.

Many of Adeoba's clients are national housebuilders, housing associations and managing agents.

I am a member of OC REACH, a group that helps develop an inclusive environment for black and ethnic minority people at Osborne Clarke. I have a keen interest in spreading awareness of issues affecting ethnic minorities across the legal sector to positively reshape our society.
