Adam Turner

Adam is a Senior Associate in our corporate practice advising on mergers & acquisitions, venture capital investments and equity capital markets listings and fundraisings, with a particular focus on working with clients in financial services and defence, security and aerospace.

Adam advises clients at all stages in the corporate lifecycle, from early stage fundraisings through to IPO and beyond, as well as advising on strategically important acquisitions and disposals, often involving parties from around the world.

Many of Adam's clients are at the cutting edge of technological advancements and, in particular, he has recently completed several notable venture capital fundraisings for clients in the FinTech space.

Adam has also worked on secondment in the M&A team at a large international defence company, giving him invaluable insight into the defence industry.
