Adam is a Partner in the firm's real estate group, specialising in Regeneration, Retail and Investment work with over 10 years' experience. He joined Osborne Clarke in January 2017 having previously worked at a large global firm.
Adam spans two of our core sectors, The Built Environment and Retail & Consumer.
Adam acts for some of the largest housebuilders and BTR developers, along with councils and institutional clients in relation to Regeneration/mixed use schemes.
What really makes Adam stand out is his sound commerciality and impressive ability to think outside of the box when presented with challenging and unusual deals ...Adam is calm, friendly and dedicated, often going that extra mile which is hugely appreciated but not necessarily the norm. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Adam and I look forward to continuing to work with him in the future."
He also has extensive experience acting for large institutional investment companies and developers in the full investment life cycle, from acquisition, through finance, development, letting, management and ultimate disposal of an asset.
Having spent 6 months on secondment with Marks & Spencer, Adam is a key member of the retail team, acting for landlords, tenants, and developers in the repurposing of retail space.
He is a highly capable lawyer who is very responsive and attuned to his clients' needs acting as an effective business partner."
Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world
Leading our Repurposing Retail group, and co-chairing our Regeneration sub-sector, I am passionate about Retail and its transformation. I help advise clients on the best use of space, seek to cover potential future needs in relation to that space and ensure adequate flexibility in leases/development agreements to safeguard a client's future strategic direction. At all times I aim to act as an extension of the client team and cut through the issues to achieve what really matters to the client.
