As part of our on-going support of the development of smarter cities, Osborne Clarke has great pleasure in taking part in the RESI 2016 conference and sponsoring the Speakers’ Corner for the second year running.
We are continuing to work closely with clients and key industry organisations to better understand how accommodation needs to be structured if the sector is to stay relevant, fit for purpose and profitable as we move through changing times to the future. Our Smart Cities research looks at a lot of these issues, particularly as we explore the future of the built environment.
