The contractual terms of our engagement consist of the following:
- a letter ("Engagement Letter") which will have been supplied directly to you by your contact;
- the appendices attached to the Engagement Letter which set out which of the Osborne Clarke entities will work on your matter, which lawyers will be involved on your matter, the scope of our advice, costs, the limit of our liability and certain regulatory information; and
- our General Terms & Conditions (dated: December 2023) ("Terms") which are expressly incorporated for the purposes of this matter. They are set out in full in the PDF attached to this page. In particular, we draw your attention to the "applicable terms" provisions (set out in Section 2, paragraph 2.2).
Please let us know if you would prefer to be provided with these Terms in hard copy format. If you have previously instructed us, please be aware we update our Terms from time to time and each engagement is covered by the version of the Terms referred to in your Engagement Letter.
