Danielle is a Senior Associate in the construction and engineering disputes team with experience of advising on international and domestic disputes regarding significant infrastructure and energy projects. She specialises in the effective management and resolution of large complex disputes.
Danielle regularly advises on technical and high-value disputes in the Real Estate and Infrastructure and Energy and Utilities sectors and has worked on projects and matters located across the globe, including Europe, Asia, Africa and South America. She is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution proceedings, including international and domestic arbitrations, court proceedings and adjudications, and is familiar with all forms of major contract used domestically and internationally including NEC, FIDIC and JCT.
Danielle graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2011. She completed her training with Pinsent Masons in 2015. Danielle worked at Pinsent Masons for over 4 years before joining Osborne Clarke in October 2019.
Danielle is a member of the Young International Arbitration Group of the LCIA, the Young Arbitrators Forum of the ICC, the University of Cambridge Alumni Arbitration Law Association and the Young International Construction Practitioners Forum (YConstruction). She was also selected to be a member of the CBI Construction Council's Future Leaders Group in 2017.
