As a trainee at Osborne Clarke, you will receive comprehensive support throughout your journey. Yes. If you are a lawyer, when you are promoted you'll be invited to a development programme that will help you make the most of the next stage of your lawyer journey. If you are a business professional, you'll be invited to participate in a development programme specific to your role and experience. It will be up to you which ones you commit to.
On top of these structured development programmes, you'll be offered a wide range of other development initiatives, such as coaching and mentoring. They can be accessed all year round, are optional and can be completed at your own pace.
