We are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Junior Associate - Labour Law Practice

 

DESCRIPTION:

  • Preparation of legal opinions
  • Drafting of employment contracts, civil law contracts, internal regulations
  • Participation in drafting, negotiating and providing opinions on contracts
  • Preparation of legal analyses
  • Ongoing support of client matters
  • Conducting correspondence and participation in meetings with clients
  • Supporting clients in their day-to-day tasks in the field of labour law

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of law school interested in gaining practical experience in advising Polish and international clients on a wide range of matters related to the field of labour law.
  • Knowledge of labour, immigration and civil law regulations
  • Fluency in English, including legal terminology
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Willingness to expand knowledge and gain unique experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage time
  • Ability to think analytically and logically and to formulate thoughts clearly
  • Commitment to one's tasks, creativity and willingness to learn and acquire new experience
  • Accuracy, diligence, responsibility and responsiveness
