We are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Junior Associate - Labour Law Practice
DESCRIPTION:
- Preparation of legal opinions
- Drafting of employment contracts, civil law contracts, internal regulations
- Participation in drafting, negotiating and providing opinions on contracts
- Preparation of legal analyses
- Ongoing support of client matters
- Conducting correspondence and participation in meetings with clients
- Supporting clients in their day-to-day tasks in the field of labour law
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of law school interested in gaining practical experience in advising Polish and international clients on a wide range of matters related to the field of labour law.
- Knowledge of labour, immigration and civil law regulations
- Fluency in English, including legal terminology
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to expand knowledge and gain unique experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage time
- Ability to think analytically and logically and to formulate thoughts clearly
- Commitment to one's tasks, creativity and willingness to learn and acquire new experience
- Accuracy, diligence, responsibility and responsiveness
