HR interview

Our Recruitment Department analyses applications and approaches selected candidates. The first contact is a short telephone interview.

Task

During the recruitment process, we may ask for the tests and/or tasks solving in order to check the candidates' skills in a more practical way.

Interview

At this stage, we make an appointment with selected candidates for one or two meetings attended by a lawyer and / or partner of the recruiting team and a representative of the HR team.

Feedback

We present the offer and after its acceptance we prepare the start of the cooperation. We know how important the introduction is therefore the first step on our journey will be onboarding! Each new person in our company goes to the care of a buddy who supports him go through the first weeks in a new place and will advise what, where and how to do things. From now on, Osborne Clarke is also your Place!
