Our Recruitment Department analyses applications and approaches selected candidates. The first contact is a short telephone interview.

During the recruitment process, we may ask for the tests and/or tasks solving in order to check the candidates' skills in a more practical way.
- Interview
At this stage, we make an appointment with selected candidates for one or two meetings attended by a lawyer and / or partner of the recruiting team and a representative of the HR team.
- Feedback
We present the offer and after its acceptance we prepare the start of the cooperation. We know how important the introduction is therefore the first step on our journey will be onboarding!
