Osborne Clarke is looking for two interns for its Real Estate department for a 6-month period, from January to June 2025.

Under the supervision of the two partners in charge of the real estate practice and the team's associates, you will participate in the management of cases, both in advisory and litigation. You will be required to conduct research, draft memo projects, contracts (commercial leases, notices, transfer agreements, etc.), as well as conclusions.

Missions

  • Advisory and litigation in the corporate real estate sector ;
  • Commercial leases ;
  • Operations for the transfer and acquisition of real estate assets ;
  • Construction law and urban planning.

Profile

  • Holder of a third cycle in real estate law, ideally supplemented by a double degree (business school, Sciences Po, LL.M) ;
  • Interest in the subject, rigor, willingness to progress and enrich one’s knowledge.
