Our Corporate/M&A Team

Our team specializes in the following areas:
  • M&A transactions (domestic, cross-border, and multi-jurisdictional sales and acquisitions);
  • strategic partnerships and joint ventures;
  • shareholders’ agreements;
  • fundraising;
  • governance issues;
  • intra-group reorganizations;
  • implementation of management packages.
 
Our team serves a very diverse clientele, including large listed and unlisted groups, SMEs, even small businesses such as start-ups and investors, both French and international.

Missions

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an associate with 0 to 2 years of experience. The successful candidate will work on cases involving the support and advice of a diverse clientele (listed and unlisted groups, SMEs, even small businesses such as start-ups and investors), both French and international, on domestic, cross-border, and multi-jurisdictional sale and acquisition transactions (confidentiality agreements, letters of intent and firm offers, due diligence, SPA, signing/closing, etc.), the establishment of joint ventures, and the negotiation of shareholders’ agreements. The associate may also work on fundraising, the implementation of equity transactions (mergers, partial asset contributions, capital operations), and the monitoring of routine operations (approval of annual accounts, company formation, and establishment of foreign groups).

Profile

We are looking for an associate with the following skills and qualities:
 
  • between 0 and 2 years of experience, preferably in Anglo-Saxon firms and/or major business law firms;
  • ability to work with and adapt to a variety of interlocutors;
  • experience in industrial M&A transactions;
  • ability to have a comprehensive view of cases and manage/supervise them;
  • team spirit and willingness to be involved in team life;
  • client service focus; and
  • excellent level of English.
