Osborne Clarke is looking for two interns for its Real Estate department for a minimum period of 2 months and up to 6 months, from July to December 2024.
Under the supervision of the two partners in charge of the real estate practice and the team members, you will participate in handling cases, both in advisory and litigation. You will be involved in conducting research, drafting memos, contracts (commercial leases, termination notices, transfer agreements, etc.), and briefs.
Missions
- Advisory and litigation in the commercial real estate sector;
- commercial leases;
- asset sale and acquisition transactions;
- construction and urban planning law.
Profile
- Holder of a postgraduate degree in real estate law, ideally complemented by dual training (business school, Sciences Po, LL.M);
- interest in the field, rigor, willingness to progress and enhance knowledge.
