Mikael Nelson

Mikael is a corporate partner in Osborne Clarke's Stockholm office with a focus on general corporate, M&A, venture capital, equity financings and corporate reorganisations. Mikael is also part of the firm's employment practice.

He advises sponsors, financial institutions, corporates, founders and management teams on a wide range of corporate and financing matters and represents companies at all stages of their development, whether they be start-ups, high growth businesses, global technology companies or large multinationals. 

Active across the firm's key technology verticals and transformation horizontals, Mikael has particular experience of the tech, media and comms, financial services and workforce solutions sectors. 

Mikael has previously worked at another global law firm and a sector focused local firm.

Mikael holds an LL.M. and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
