Osborne Clarke advises in club deal for the acquisition of Maricell

A club deal organised by BF & Company, together with investors assisted by 81 SCF Family Office, finalised the acquisition of 100% of Maricell S.r.l., one of the world leaders in PVC structural foam core materials.

The investment is intended to support Maricell in its growth with a major programme of manufacturing and technology investments, thereby strengthening its leadership in the international advanced composite materials supply chain.

Osborne Clarke acted as legal counsel for the Golden Power profiles and related proceedings, with a team consisting of partner Giuliano Lanzavecchia and associate Federica Milioto.
