Olivier Lambillon has been promoted to partner, effective 1 January 2025. Olivier joined Osborne Clarke in 2016 and has been practicing law for nearly 15 years. Olivier works closely with Belgian and international clients on various tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, structurings and reorganisations, compensation & benefits-related tax issues with a specific expertise regarding stock-option plans. He also assists clients in applying for and obtaining tax rulings and conducting negotiations with the tax authorities.
Olivier is a regular contributor to Belgium's leading tax law journal and holds several advanced Master's degrees.
