Osborne Clarke has advised Smartlink Partners VC on its investment in Mindgram as part of a Series A financing round totaling EUR 2,5 million.

Financing round also includes participation of other leading CEE VC funds Market One Capital (Poland), Credo Ventures (Czech) and Portfolion (Hungary).

Mindgram is an online platform and application that provides comprehensive mental health and well-being care for employees, including online psychotherapy. It provided services to f.e. Orange, Pfizer, Dentsu, Carlsberg, Biedronka.

Smartlink Partners is a privately funded VC fund focusing on investing in seed and growth-stage companies in CEE region.

Osborne Clarke's team has provided legal support with regard to the transaction documentation and comprehensive due diligence, legal and coordination of financial and tax due diligence. Financial and tax support was provided by MDDP team.
