Osborne Clarke France has advised FIVE GUYS on the renewal of the lease of its Champs Elysées flagship restaurant. This renewal is part of the US chain's dynamic expansion and reinforcement strategy in France.
The restaurant can accommodate 350 guests (including 100 on the terrace) with a surface area of approximately 1,250 sq. m.
