Osborne Clarke advises the group DIM on the renewal of the commercial lease for its head office located in the H2O Tower in Rueil-Malmaison

Osborne Clarke has advised the DIM group, a major player in the lingerie and underwear sector, in negotiating the renewal of the commercial lease for its head office (approx. 5,000 sq. m.) located within the H2O tower in Rueil-Malmaison.

The H2O Tower offers 21,609 sq. m. of office space and services (inter-company restaurant, VIP area, cafeteria, concierge service, terrace, etc.) spread over 8 levels. The Tower has been awarded environmental labels such as BREEAM "Good", HQE Exploitation Bâtiment durable "Very Good" and Gestion Durable "Excellent".
