Osborne Clarke advised the AKNO Group in the structuring and granting of development green financing provided by UniCredit, as lender, arranging bank and agent bank, for the development of a 88,188 sqm real estate complex for logistics use located in the Municipality of Nogarole Rocca (VR).

The Nogarole complex, located in a strategic area in terms of Italy's production and business infrastructure, is the most recent example of a series of real estate developments - located between the Milanese hinterland and the provinces of Lodi and Pavia (such as the business parks of Broni, Stradella, Livraga, Cesate, Truccazzano) – in which Osborne Clarke has supported the Group.
