Nick is Director of Knowledge at Osborne Clarke, leading our team of knowledge lawyers and information services professionals.
The Knowledge Team delivers and shares legal and market learning and expertise with the firm’s clients and people through training, publications and a range of other knowledge products.
Nick practised as a corporate lawyer for a decade at Linklaters, Hammonds and Weils, before joining Osborne Clarke as a knowledge lawyer.
He has extensive experience of M&A, corporate finance and private equity transactions and corporate governance and financial services work, of writing publications and delivering training across a number of subjects – and of client-facing, practical knowledge leadership.
