The first phase of the project has seen the identification – through internal focus groups and the analysis of the external context – of the soft skills which more than others will be able to drive the success of our firm in the near future.

The second phase is an ongoing commitment to coaching sessions which will enable us to unlock our unique value and shared strategic skills. Our commitment towards an inclusive and empowering culture has also led to the launch of "Lead Like a Woman", a calendar of meetings reserved to Osborne Clarke Women and involving high-profile spokespersons whose experience and example represent a source of inspiration.
