Our Real Estate Team
Our team addresses all issues and challenges in the real estate sector, advising a French and international clientele (funds, real estate companies, institutional investors, asset managers, family offices, users) through the various stages of an asset's life, particularly in:
- leases and property management (drafting/negotiation/renewal of rental agreements for all types of assets (retail, offices, logistics, business parks, hotels, etc.), site consolidation, BEFAs, etc.);
- complex real estate investment transactions;
- acquisitions/sales of real estate assets and real estate companies;
- setting up real estate joint ventures and asset management contracts;
- sale & leaseback transactions;
- litigation (post-acquisition, specific commercial lease litigation).
Profile
We are looking for an experienced associate with between 4 and 6 years of experience, a good level of English, and specializing in real estate law. The future associate will work on both litigation and advisory matters and will also collaborate with our teams in urban planning and environmental law.
