Osborne Clarke Solutions, Osborne Clarke's in-house legal services delivery transformation team, has been shortlisted for The Lawyer Awards and The British Legal Technology Awards for its work with Cornerstone and L'Oréal UKI.

The team is shortlisted for two categories at The Lawyer Awards – Most Innovative Use of Technology and Best Client Service Innovation. The shortlisted entry in the category Most Innovative Use of Technology is a joint entry with Cornerstone's Legal & Compliance Team for the Keystone project, a bespoke suite of applications (for use across Legal and the business) from a searchable interactive knowledge database, to managing and reporting on legal instructions and data, commercial contract review, and more. The team's project with L'Oréal UKI, which worked with a range of teams across L'Oréal and Osborne Clarke, re-engineered, optimised and automated the business process for approving and managing prize promotions and generating associated terms and conditions, has also been shortlisted for the Best Client Service Innovation award.

The Keystone project has also been shortlisted for the British Legal Technology Awards in the category Alliance of the Year.

Both awards recognise excellence in legal technology and innovation, transforming the delivery of legal services.

Rhianne Armstrong, Solutions Director, said: "After a very busy year, we're incredibly excited to be receiving these joint nominations with Cornerstone and L'Oréal. It's fantastic to be recognised for the transformative work we have completed in close collaboration with these key clients."
