International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Berlin-based, MoBerries GmbH, on the closing of its EUR 1.8 million financing round. The investment comes from 42CAP, High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF), LITTLEROCK as well as several hedge fund managers and renowned angel investors. MoBerries will use the funding for further development of its proprietary technology, international expansion and growth projects.
MoBerries is a network company consisting of member companies who contribute to a shared talent pool of high-caliber candidates seeking new opportunities. In exchange they receive a pre-ranked selection of exceptionally suited candidates from the entire candidate pool. The company has developed a ‘SaaS Recruitment Network’ technology that utilizes an innovative ranking system based on artificial intelligence.
An Osborne Clarke team led by Till-Manuel Saur advised MoBerries on the investment. The team included Nicolas Gabrysch (both Corporate / Venture Capital) and Ingo Alexander Spahr (Antitrust).
