International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised INDUS Holding AG on its acquisition of m + p international Mess- und Rechnertechnik GmbH. Indus acquires 76 per cent of the shares of the associated company. The transaction is subject to approval from the German Federal Cartel Office.
