Six lawyers in Osborne Clarke’s international legal practice have been promoted to Partner, bringing the total number of Partners internationally to 236. The new Partners come from a range of sectors including financial services, tech, media and comms, energy, utilities, real estate and infrastructure.
New Partners in the UK:
Jason Lawrance: Financial services – a real estate finance specialist with broad experience across the capital stack and asset classes
Helen Parsonage: Financial services – specialises in fund formation in the alternative asset space
Simon Jones: Tech, media and comms and financial services – expert in venture capital and private equity investments and exits
David Shakesby: Energy, utilities, real estate and infrastructure – focuses on property disputes, contentious planning and public law
Marc Shrimpling: Transport, automotive, life sciences and healthcare – competition law expert
New Partner in Germany:
Dr. Marc Störing: Tech, media and comms – IT lawyer and specialist in autonomous vehicles
In addition to the Partner promotions, Douglas Peden, a litigator and head of Osborne Clarke’s aerospace and defence sector group, has been promoted to Legal Director.
