International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised flexible co-working space provider, Uncommon, on the purchase of Templar House, Holborn from Northwood Investors.

The 140,000 sq ft building is Uncommon’s largest acquisition to date and will be the company's flagship site, providing a flexible workspace for over 2,000 people. The building is expected to open in 2021 with pre-sales starting in 2020.
