International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the shareholders of Dutch digital production company MediaMonks Multimedia Holding B.V., on its sale to S4 Capital Limited founded by Sir Martin Sorrell, as a result of a controlled auction process, managed by Clarity Capital Partners and JEGI.
Founded in 2001 and a client of Osborne Clarke's since 2015, MediaMonks is a global creative production partner company. With its head office based in Hilversum, Netherlands the Agency has a workforce of more than 650 "Monks" working across eleven offices in four continents and specialising strategy and intellectual property into campaigns, film, content, products and platforms.
