Fime, a French expert in enabling clients to create and launch secure and reliable solutions through consulting and testing services in the fields of payments, smart mobility, biometrics, authentication and open banking worldwide, and National Instruments, a world leader in automated test systems and virtual instrumentation software, have entered into an exclusive collaboration to deploy solutions for the certification of contactless transaction technologies. 

This complex and strategic partnership will revolutionize the testing and certification of contactless solutions, particularly in the world of payments, intelligent mobility such as mobile ticketing in public transport and open banking.

Within the framework of this complex technology transfer operation, Osborne Clarke's Technology/Innovation/Media team worked with Fime during the audit phase of the software solutions (ownership, open source software, commercial contracts, etc.).
