International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Acorn consortium, which comprises Sacyr Infrastructure UK Ltd, Abrdn and Kajima Partnerships Ltd, on its successful bid to design, build, finance and maintain the new Velindre Cancer Centre in Cardiff.

Following a nine month competitive procurement process, Velindre University NHS Trust announced the Acorn consortium will work with patients, staff and the local community on the development of the new centre, which provides specialist cancer services.
