International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Acellere GmbH, on the closing of its series A EUR 2.25 million financing round. The investment comes from Capnamic Ventures and several business angels.
The Frankfurt-based start-up has created “Gamma”, a software analytics platform to assist developers in identifying and mitigating bugs and structural issues in software code. It’s used by companies in the finance, automotive and energy sectors.
An Osborne Clarke team led by Corporate partner Nicolas Gabrysch advised Acellere on the investment. The team also included Tanja Aschenbeck-Florange, Rouven Siegemund, Till-Manuel Saur and Thorge Drefke (all Corporate), Ulrich Bäumer (IT law) and Nils-Frederik Wiehmann (employment law).
