Elinor joined Osborne Clarke's Business Transaction Group in 2017 and specialises in the Real Estate and Tech, Media and Comms sectors with a specific interest in digital innovation and the digitalisation of the Real Estate sector.

Elinor is experienced in a broad range of transactional work with a demonstrated history of working with investors, management and companies both nationally and internationally, including advising Europe's leading property technology venture capital firm.

Elinor has used her experience in M&A and VC transactions in the context of transformational Corporate Real Estate transactions.

Elinor has in-house experience in both Telecoms and Real Estate businesses helping her to understand the day-to-day pressures that our clients experience and how to deliver advice in a concise, clear and pragmatic way. Elinor's recent in-house experience has had a particular focus on Venture Capital and Real Estate investments.

I have a keen interest in urban dynamics helping clients to think about, discuss and prepare for smart cities and how they will affect their businesses in the short, medium and long term.

Through my VC and Real Estate work, I'm seeing the latest technological advancements intersecting with the traditional Real Estate sector which is driving digital transformation strategies in the sector.

As the co-chair of the South West Women in Corporate network, I seek to champion diversity, inclusion and equality for all (but with a female focus) both in the legal profession and in the wider business community. The network includes lawyers, accountants, corporate finance advisors and other professionals in the South West.
