International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Allgeier SE on the participation in Talentry GmbH.

Allgeier SE is one of the leading IT service providers for business performance. The listed company works for global companies and medium-sized enterprises from a wide variety of sectors in Europe, India, Mexico and the USA. The Allgeier group offers complete services from design to implementation and operation of IT environment.

Allgeier group is a strategic investor. The additional resources will be used for a rapid expansion in the DACH region and for further development of the innovative recruiting solution. The company strengthens its portfolio with self-developed software products in the solutions business unit. Moreover, Allgeier continues its development into a software vendor and provider. Additionally the investor ProSiebenSat.1 divests its entire shareholding in Allgeier group. This allows the company to extend its portfolio in the area of B2B software solutions.
