Simon is an alternative investment funds lawyer and a partner in our Investment Funds group with a particular specialism in the formation and operation of hedge funds and hedge fund managers.
Simon has been a funds lawyer since qualification in 1997 and has advised some of the world's largest fund managers on all aspects of their businesses since that time. He also advises institutional investors, wealth managers and family offices on their alternative investment programmes. He has advised on matters in numerous jurisdictions over the years with a primary focus on the Cayman Islands, the United States, Ireland and Luxembourg. He also has extensive investment experience in Africa and Central Asia.
