We offer a comprehensive 'black letter law' and business management training programme, which keeps all lawyers up to date with legal and non-legal developments, as well as management skills. Consisting of full- and half-day training sessions and monthly lunchtime presentations, this programme is often supplemented by a residential annual conference.

Formal training is supplemented by know-how sharing sessions, IT learning, active 'on-the-job' coaching, extensive self-learning resources and personal development plans.
